Does not switch on, the display does not light up?

• Check the integrity of the network cable. Plug the appliance into the socket.

When preparing the formula, water appears on the surface of the funnel?

The funnel may have been assembled or installed incorrectly. Check the assembly, reinstall the funnel.

The device "prepares" only water.

Perhaps the container for the formula is assembled or installed incorrectly. Check that the container for the formula is correctly assembled; make sure that the container is installed in such a way that the protrusion of the container coincides with the slit on the main unit and the container is tightly inserted into the block; fill the container with a formula, for the correct preparation of one portion in the container there should be at least 30gr. of formula.

Only the formula powder is poured out from the device, water does not flow.

The formula is prepared incorrectly, too thick/liquid?

Make sure that you use a formula that is suitable for cooking with a Milk Machine. The current list of formulas is available at www.agu-baby.com. Check if the pre[aration settings (volume and program) match the parameters of the formula. On the site www.agu-baby.com the current database of parameters for formulas is placed. It is possible that the container for the formula is assembled or installed incorrectly. Check that the container is correctly assembled. Make sure that the container is installed in such a way that the protrusion of the container coincides with the slit on the main unit and the container is tightly inserted into the block. The powder of the formula is collected at the outlet of the container for the formula. Clean the outlet with a soft, clean cloth or brush. The powder of the formula is collected on a silicone ring at the outlet of the container for the formula. Clean or change the silicone ring (there are two rings in the kit). This is normal. Press the button "Warm water" to run the water through the system or perform a cooling procedure. Press the button "Warm water" one or more times until the indicator of the "Warm Water" button lights up constantly (stops blinking).

The device can not prepare the formula and the "Hot Water" button indicator flashes.

• The water in the Water Container has a temperature higher than the formula preparation temperature. Cool the water in the container to room temperature (about 25 °C), press the Warm Water button to expel water through the system or perform a cooling procedure.
• Check if the water in the Water Container is running out.
• The formula preparation settings may have been changed or the temperature of the previous formula preparation was higher. For example, if the device was set up to prepare a formula with a temperature of 55 °C; and the user through the application tries to prepare a formula with a temperature of 45 °C, the device will not prepare the formula, but the indicator of the "Warm Water" button will flash to prompt the user that it is necessary to perform one or more cooling cycles (press the button Warm Water).


Can not connect to the machine through the application.

Check if the machine is in manual mode, if yes, then:
• The Milk Machine works with smart devices running iOS 6.0 or higher (iPhone 4S or higher), and Android 4.5 or higher.
• Reset the AGU application, reboot the smartphone, make sure that your smartphone is connected to the INTERNET network and the Bluetooth connection (version 4.0 LE) is turned on then turn the machine off and on again.
• Pour water of room temperature (about 25 °C) into the Water Container. Press ""Warm Water"" button to drive the water through the system or perform a cooling procedure. Press the ""Warm water"" button one or more times until the indicator of the ""Warm Water"" button lights up constantly (stops blinking).
• The connecting of a smartphone to the Milk Machine is possible only if there are no errors on the machine, i.e. in the mode when the ""Warm Water"" indicator is on permanently (not blinking).

The formula is too cold / hot.

Check the setting of the formula preparation temperature.
