The scales do not send data to the application.
Check if the scales work in manual mode, if yes, then: • The scales work with smart devices running iOS 7.0 or higher (iPhone 4S or higher), and Android 4.5 or higher. • Reinstall the AGU application, restart the smartphone, make sure that your smartphone is connected to the INTERNET network and the Bluetooth connection (version 4.0 or higher) is turned on, turn the scales off and on again. • Make sure that only one device is connected to the scales via a Bluetooth wireless connection. • If the scales do not work in manual mode, please contact the nearest service center for consultation.
